I hyran om 4500 kr/månad ingår bland annat el, vatten, värme, sophämtning, trådlöst internet (wifi) (fiber) samt ges tillgång till ett fullt utrustat kök med allt man behöver. Toalett, badrum (nybyggt juli/augusti -19) och tvättmaskin delas med övriga hyresgäster. Huset och rummen håller hög standard och säkerhet. Utanför finns en stor trädgård för avkoppling och gemenskap. Husdjur är ej tillåtet.
