- Description: A description of the property
- Availability: date of availability
- Contract: Type of contract (long-term contract, short-term contract (VFU*), sublet)
- Landlord's name: Your name
- Phone number: Your phone number (optional)
- Email address: Your email address

* Students studying to become teachers or nurses, for example, have placement-based education, a type of internship, for a few weeks during their studies. Some students therefore need accommodation for just a few weeks.
